4.       Copy of Birth Certificate (if you did age declaration, please when sending the form back to me, send me a copy of the age declaration and tell me the new age. Also let the new age tarry with the age in your passport.
5.      Take a passport photo, do not print it out. Tell them to save it in a flash/pen-drive for you. From the flash, attach it to your e-mail and send it to me. I will print out the desired copies here and submit it to the school (this is to save you from spending unnecessary money on postage). Note: photo passport should be white background and must be taken with a decent shirt.
6.       Attach a copy of your Secondary School Certificate (WAEC or NECO)

Applicants are expected to submit the necessary information along with the agent processing fee of $1,200.00 to the intermediary agent in Nigeria for urgent processing of application.

All documents, including the hospital report form should be sent to iicagent.ng@gmail.com without any omission of the needed details and documents.

Allow the school 6 weeks to process your application. As soon as the application is granted, you will be issued the following:
1.       Admission Letter from International Islamic College
2.       Approval for Foreign Student Study Letter (From Malaysian Immigration Department)
3.       Fee Structure for International Student of International Islamic College Malaysia.

The above listed documents will be sent to candidate through courier.

Once received, applicant are expected to go to the Malaysian Embassy, Abuja Nigeria with the above three listed documents for processing of visa. Within 7days, the visa will be issued there in Abuja Nigeria and applicant is set for flight to Malaysia.

Important information after admission has been granted.
1.       Students are expected to come to the school with original copies of school documents
2.       Students are to pay to the school representative at the KLIA International Airport the respective tuition fees of $1700 (diploma student) or $2700 (Degree student). This fee will include registration, insurance, student pass and 1st semester credit course. Without this fee, students will not be allowed into the country. Student will start paying per credit from second semester.

CONCEPTS OF 2+1+1

1.       IIC will identify our counterparts in the suggested country. In Indonesia for insurance, IIC will have to collaborate with the local foundation body who own a higher learning institution.
2.       Signing of MoU between IIC and franchisee.
3.       The franchisee will have to get approval from their respective Ministry of Education to run the 2+1 programme.
4.       IIC  need to inform Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia and MQA in writing.
5.       Adjustment and amendment of format of the syllabus according to the country.
6.       Franchisee pay Collaboration fees (amount to be determined).
7.       Franchisee runs IIC programme for two years.
8.       Students who have completed and fulfilled 71 credit hours may proceed to the one yer programme at IIC KL for the remaining 21 credit hours.
9.       Immigration procedures i.e. insurance, student’s visa and personal bond deposits must be fulfilled.
10.   Students may apply to further their studies in local, UK or Australian universities upon completion of their diploma in IIC.

Students will obtain degree certificates from local, UK or Australian universities upon completion of their diploma in IIC.

Any student who have completed diploma programme in IIC will only spend 2 semesters in IIC KL (21 credit hours) or 1 year in UK or Australian universities to obtain Bsc.

1.       Franchisee can charge students according to their home country standard rate (after taking into consideration the franchising fees)
2.       Franchisee can guarantee placement to IIC and UK and Australian universities (which IIC has in-collaboration with)

4.       The quality of academic will be monitored closely by IIC to maintain its standard.

1.       Students will pay less tuition fees and cost of living compared to if they study in Malaysia for the first two years.
2.       Students will pay less tuition fees and cost of living compared to if they pursue their degree programme in UK or Australia for three years.
